Does Virtual Coffee cost anything?
No. Virtual Coffee with Wake Hustle Grind is completely free. It's how we meet the people building in Cleveland and beyond.
What happens after I submit the intake form?
You go straight to the scheduler and choose your time. Calendly emails your confirmation, calendar invite, meeting link, and reminders.
Do I need a business to book a Virtual Coffee?
No. Entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, students, job seekers, and professionals are all welcome. Enter “Independent / Individual” if you don't have an organization.
Should I upload a resume or capability statement?
It's optional but helpful. A resume, bio, media kit, or capability statement lets us prepare instead of spending your 15 minutes on background.
Is submitting the form a guarantee of partnership or work?
No. Virtual Coffee is an introductory networking conversation. It does not guarantee a partnership, referral, contract, funding, or employment opportunity.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Use the reschedule or cancel links in your Calendly confirmation email at any time.
